Returns Policy

At Mimia Swim, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept returns for store credit under the conditions below:

• Store Credit Only
• You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase date to request a return.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only, valid for 12 months and redeemable across any product on our website
• To request a return, please email us at info@mimiaswim.com.au with your order number and reason for return

Return Eligibility

• Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, and deodorant
• Tried on over underwear (for swimwear)
• Returned with all hygiene liners and tags intact

Final Sale Items

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty under Australian consumer law.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We strongly recommend a tracked shipping method, as Mimia is not liable for lost parcels.

Rejected Returns

• Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected and may be sent back at the customer's expense.
